Season 2006/7

Wow what a fantastic season we have had this year. This is all down to Lewis Evans, Rory Maguire, Emily Collett, Lewis Suarez, Zach Ryan, Matthew Bateman, David Jones, Sam Weston, Matthew Groves and James Pryer , thank you so much for your hard work and dedication.
We have had our highs and lows this season such as coming 6th in the league. In my honest opinion they should have came first and that is not me being biased. The simple fact is that in every game they have shown sheer determination and great sportsmanship. During the lows they have put there heart and soul into the game, even when they are loosing a game they do not get discouraged.. They work hard as a team and respect one another, which is great.. The high was that we qualified for the cup final which was a great achievement for the boys, but sadly we lost (always next year)
Through the season we have signed up a few new players, Lewis Evans, Rory Maguire and Ben Clancy who have made the team complete. This should help us grow stronger as a team and hopefully thrive next season.
I would like to thank all the parents for there help this season especially Terry Sargent for organising the games for me. Rob Pryer and Terry for helping out with training and Helen Jones for collecting subs.
